1. About these terms

These terms govern use of vizual-ai.com, operated by Vizual AI, an Israel-registered studio. Using the site means accepting them. Engagements for services are governed by a separate written proposal and agreement — where those differ from this page, the signed agreement wins.

2. What the site is for

Information about our services, honest educational content, and ways to contact us. The educational content — guides, comparisons, industry pages — is general information, offered in good faith; it isn't professional advice for your specific situation, and decisions you make from it are yours.

3. Quotes and pricing

The site publishes no prices by design. Any figures discussed in conversation are indicative until stated in a written proposal; a written proposal is binding for the period stated in it. No terms on this site create an obligation for us to accept any engagement.

4. The free concept sample

Submitting a request is an application, not an order: we review requests individually and select a limited number, at our sole discretion regarding scope, timing and suitability. Submitting a request does not guarantee a sample will be produced.

Where a sample is produced, it is one per business, free, and creates no obligation on either side. It is provided as a watermarked, non-commercial evaluation piece only, without revisions. It is not a finished or broadcast-ready deliverable. Commercial usage rights to sample material are granted only when a paid engagement begins, or by our separate written agreement.

5. Intellectual property

Content on this site — text, frameworks, video, design — belongs to Vizual AI. You're welcome to quote it with attribution and a link; you may not republish substantial portions or present our work as yours. Work we produce for clients belongs to those clients per their agreements — client ownership of deliverables is our standard, stated in every proposal.

6. Portfolio honesty

Concept and capability work on this site is labeled as such. Client work appears only with permission.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping for spam, no attempting to breach its security, no submitting false information through our forms, no using our forms to send unlawful content.

8. Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its general content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel; disputes belong to the competent courts in Israel.
