Who we are
Vizual AI is an Israel-registered digital studio. This policy explains what we collect on vizual-ai.com, why, who else handles it, and your choices. Questions: hello@vizual-ai.com.
What we collect
When you use our contact form or free concept-sample request: your business name, what your business does, the services you're interested in, an optional budget range, and your WhatsApp number. For a concept-sample request specifically, we also ask for your website or Instagram and what you're trying to promote, so we can judge whether we're a good fit before producing anything. We also record which page you submitted from and which language you were reading, so we reply in the right one.
When you message us directly on WhatsApp or by email: whatever you choose to send us.
Automatically: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, time of request, page requested, browser type — which are needed to deliver the site and to detect abuse. We do not run analytics on this site, and the site sets no cookies.
Giving us your details is voluntary
You are never obliged to fill in the form. The only field we genuinely need is a WhatsApp number, because without a way to reach you we cannot reply at all. Everything else is optional and only helps us give you a more useful answer.
If you would rather not use the form, WhatsApp and email reach us just as well. The only consequence of not providing details is that we cannot contact you.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, prepare proposals, and deliver services you've asked about. That is the list. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for — if your request isn't selected or you pass on the sample, we don't follow up.
Who else handles your details
We use a small number of established service providers to run the site and handle enquiries. They process your details on our behalf, under their own terms and security practices:
Netlify — hosts the site and keeps the server logs described above. Make.com — receives your form submission and passes it on. Google (Sheets and Gmail) — stores the enquiry and notifies us so we can reply. WhatsApp/Meta — only if you choose to contact us there.
These are international companies. That means your details may be stored or processed outside Israel, including in the European Union and the United States.
Our primary channel is WhatsApp Business. When you contact us there, or when our form hands off to it, your communication is also governed by WhatsApp's and Meta's own terms and privacy policy — that's inherent to the channel, and we want it stated plainly rather than buried.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts, and it loads no third-party scripts or fonts — everything is served from our own domain. Nothing is stored in your browser.
If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will ask for your consent first, allow you to refuse just as easily as to accept, and update this page before anything loads.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as they are relevant to an active or prospective engagement, and afterwards only for as long as we need ordinary business and accounting records. We do not keep them indefinitely.
You can ask us to delete yours at any time: hello@vizual-ai.com — we'll confirm when it's done.
Your rights
Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law — and, where it applies to you, the GDPR — you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to our use of it. Write to hello@vizual-ai.com; we respond within one business day and resolve requests promptly.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may also complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and sends strict security headers. Form submissions are validated, rate-limited and size-capped, and are only reported as received once they have actually reached us. We collect the minimum we need, and your details are not written into our server logs.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date above changes with it, and significant changes will be noted on this page.
