Working with us

What exactly does Vizual AI do?

We build the digital side of a business as one system: websites and landing pages, video and social media, paid advertising, booking systems and automation. The point isn't the menu — it's that the pieces are built together, by one team, so they work as one. Start at Solutions if you're not sure which piece is yours.

Who will actually work on my project?

The studio is founder-led: strategy, builds, and client relationships run through a small senior core, with vetted specialists brought in when a project genuinely needs them. The person who understands your business is the person responsible for your work. More on About.

How fast do you reply?

Within one business day, usually much sooner — and that's the promise for the life of the engagement, not just before you sign.

We're not in Israel. Can you work with us?

Yes — we're an Israeli-registered studio working remotely with clients internationally, including businesses in the UAE and the wider Gulf, Europe, and North America. Calls on your hours, standard international invoicing, no offices abroad and no pretending otherwise. Details: Working with us remotely.

Do you use AI?

Yes — wherever it makes the result better, faster, or more affordable, and nowhere it doesn't. We choose the best production method per project; you review and approve everything that ships. The efficiency shows up in your price and turnaround, not in the quality.

Starting

What's the free concept sample?

A short concept video, made for your actual business, at our standard, so you judge real output instead of a portfolio and a promise. It's an application, not an order: we review each request, and only some are selected. If selected, it's one sample per business, watermarked, non-commercial, provided without revisions, no payment, no meeting required, no follow-up spam if you pass. Apply.

What happens in a first conversation?

A diagnosis, not a pitch: what's costing you customers, hours, or sleep — and an honest read on what to fix first. Sometimes that ends in a proposal; sometimes in “fix this cheaper thing first”; sometimes in “you don't need us yet.”

I don't know what I need.

That's most people, and it's the right starting point — the problem an owner calls about is rarely the one costing them most. Start at Solutions, which routes by problem, or just message us with what hurts.

Pricing & terms

How much does it cost?

Honestly: it depends on scope, and the full explanation of what moves the price — and what never does — lives on Pricing. The short version: retainers for rhythm work, fixed written prices for builds, a real number after one conversation.

Why no prices on the website?

Because a published price is a guess about your business, and it would be wrong for most readers — padding for some, corner-cutting for others. The reasoning in full: Pricing.

Do I own what you build?

Yes — websites, code, content, and accounts in your name, permanently, including if we part ways. Leaving should be a decision, never a hostage negotiation.

Are there contracts?

Written scope and terms before anything starts, always — so “included” is never a debate. Retainers run month to month against that scope; builds carry a fixed price and a date we treat as a promise.

Services, briefly.

Social media management

One channel in a larger system, not a goal in itself — when it earns budget and when it doesn't: the full guide.

Paid advertising

Advertising amplifies what already exists; it cannot fix a weak offer or a leaking page — the full guide, including the four cases where we'd tell you to keep your money.

Booking systems & apps

The three things hiding behind the word “app,” and why you probably don't need the expensive one — the full guide.

By industry.

Six pages, each built on where that industry's customers actually decide: Fashion & retail · Restaurants & food · Beauty & wellness · Fitness · Real estate · E-commerce. Not yours? The patterns transfer — ask us.

Trust, legal & the fine print

Is the portfolio real client work?

It's labeled honestly: concept and capability work we produced in-house — no borrowed logos. Client work joins it with permission, or not at all. The full standard we hold ourselves to: About.
